Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough FAT BOMB – Official MFP entry

 Makes 12 Servings
1 Serving: 206 Calories, 18g Fat, 6.9g Net Carbs, 4.2g Protein 


Ingredients

- 4 tbsp Butter

- 1 brick Full fat cream cheese

- Vanilla

- 1/2 cup Swerve

- Chocolate chips of choice (Lilly’s – sugar free – dark cacao)

- 1/2 cup peanut butter 


Directions

1) Soften 4 tbsp of @kerrygoldusa butter and 1 block of full fat cream cheese (heat only until you hear it "pop")

2) Mix in 1/2 cup of Swerve, 1/2 cup of pb (I used aldi organic) , and 1/2 cup of low sugar or sugar free chocolate chips (I used @ghirardelli dark cocoa) Plus 2.5 tsp vanilla extract

3) Blend or Hand mix until smooth


4) Refrigerate for 1 hr, remove and roll into 12 balls

5) Freeze minimum 2 hrs before ENJOYING!! .

(Consume within 3 months. Only eat 1 fat bomb per day!)
