Keto Krate, Is it worth it?

You've seen the ads, so is Keto Krate worth your money?

So what is Keto Krate?

In short, Keto Krate, Keto Box or even any of the single boxes on amazon (Option 1, Option 2, Option 3 here) make a great #carepackage for anyone on a Keto or Low carb diet. They, in my opinion also bring a very nice "break" in what many of us adapting to a new lifestyle of eating need. I know when I first started the ketogenic diet I felt like I was eating the same thing over and over. In that monotony of eating habits, it was a welcomed change to receive a box of NEW snacks to try out!

I know that I and many of my friends following a keto lifestyle are constantly looking for promotions, deals, cheaper products because it can get expensive!  So, why would I not want to TRY a product out before I commit to buying an entire bag/box of it? 

I just have a conversation with someone today about what a typical grocery budget looks like for my family. I will admit to all of you that it was just a few months ago that my husband and I sat down to look at what our actual food costs were and to try and cut that budget down. We were spending over $1000 a month on groceries, and this was not inclusive of our eating out meals as well. Way too much! 

Aldi, Costco, Marshalls/TjMaxx and Amazon became some of my new go to places to get the majority of our food. I created a shopping list on Amazon that I place things like Zevia, Almond Flour, Sukrin Gold, Swerve, and Choczero on there so that when and if the price drops I get an alert about something on my shopping list (price changes). It's nice!

If you go to my "Gallery" Section on the blog you will also see "Product Recommendations". I will upkeep this section with new Keto Snacks and good finds. In my opinion, the products in that section are worth buying. I also provide a direct link for most of them. 

I am also going to try and upkeep YouTube with Product Reviews in each of my Keto Krate boxes so you get some feedback on whether or not the products are good/worth buying.  As well as what some of them look like smell like etc. 

I will say regardless of whether you select Keto Krate or any other "snack" box. I do say Try before you Buy when it comes to healthy snacks!
